Terms & Conditions for Race to the Top (December 2023)
- The GrabFood Gears “Race to the Top” Promotion (the “Campaign”) is organised by GrabCar Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“Grab”).
- The Campaign will run from 4 December 2023, 00:00 hrs to 31 December, 23:59 hrs (the “Campaign Period”). Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to end the Campaign or any component thereof at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.
- During the Campaign Period, the Delivery-Partner who spends the most on eligible ala carte GrabFood Gear shall be awarded up to SGD 300 Voucher (of choice). Purchases made via the GrabFood Gear website (http://gfgears.grab.com) are eligible. Delivery costs shall not be included in the computation of total expenditure.
- The winner of the Campaign will be announced by 19 January 2024 and the winner will be notified via any means of communication deemed appropriate by Grab, including, but not limited to, in-app notification, call, SMS or email. Prizes not collected by the stipulated deadline will be forfeited (and disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value.
- Failure to fulfill, and/or breach of all or part of these terms and conditions may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.
- By participating in the Campaign or any component thereof, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of all components of the Campaign. Prizes or rewards given out under this Campaign or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Campaign or any component thereof at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
- Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign, including determination of the winner, shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
- Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this Campaign or any component thereof.
- By participating in the Campaign, each participant consents to Grab's collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of his/her personal data (e.g. name, phone number, email address, residential address) to facilitate the execution of the Campaign (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab's online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab's Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).
