I am unable to make a payment, or my payment process is not going through. What should I do?
1. Can I exchange my gears after purchase?
A: Delivery Kits sold are non-refundable/exchangeable once purchased.
2. Is it mandatory to purchase the gears?
A: Purchase of your starter kit for the respective mode of delivery is a prerequisite to your account activation.
3. I have existing gear from my family/friends. Can I just use those/can I share?
A: Unfortunately, each driver will need to purchase their own sets. Reusing gears/gears purchased from resale websites will not be considered a valid purchase.
4. I already have a thermal backpack. Do I need to purchase a starter pack?
A: Yes, all GrabFood Delivery-Partner applicants will have to purchase the Delivery Kit in order to be activated as a GrabFood Delivery-Partner. GrabFood branded gear purchase is a prerequisite for joining GrabFood as a delivery partner.
5. Why am I able to select the size but unable to 'Add to Cart?
A: Kindly note that you would need to log in with your Grab registered Gmail address for the rider application, AND you must have first been informed that you are eligible for gear purchase.
6. How do I log in?
A: Click the 'Login' button at the top right of this website, after which you should key in your Grab registered Gmail address. We will send you an email where you can click to access the purchase portion of this site.

Kindly note that our payment system does not support Internet Explorer 11. If you are currently using Internet Explorer 11, we recommend switching to an alternative browser. 8. Can someone collect my GrabFood gears on my behalf?
A: Unfortunately no, all GrabFood Delivery-Partner applicants will have to collect their GrabFood gears personally.
